Some Goals Take Time



Hi everyone a welcome to my first blog, I have been asked to keep a blog as part of my IT Multimedia class so I will be keeping a training diary. My friend and I have recently decided to return to our fitness regime that we began some time ago. Over the next few weeks I will be posting about topics related to the program and some post of the routines we selected. I will also be including some details of a personalized fad diet plan that has worked for me in the past in building muscle, also some effective strategies for losing unwanted body fat quickly.

The first strategy of my plan is focused towards building and maintaining muscle mass quickly. There will be a plan to lose unwanted fat that has been accumulated from a lot poor food and beverage choices over the last year or so. My goal, will be to eventually strip away nearly all my body fat until all of my abdominal muscles begin to be visible, a goal that I would like to achieve. 

It is not going to be a very easy goal to achieve because it at some point involves some big lifestyle changes and time management with my work & study. It has been on my 'To Do List' for awhile and maybe its about time I get stated on it again.
